The Library, known for its strength in managing and organizing information resources, tends to focus on bringing authoritative and scholarly information to the campus. We, too often, overlooked the scholarship produced internally by our students. By shifting our priority to organize, preserve and document students’ scholarly activities for wider presentation, we can broaden the role of the Library and promote students’ scholarship for higher level of achievements and better recognition. We will share Lingnan University Library’s experience, using its Institutional Repository (IR) platform, to preserve and publish our students’ scholarly outputs.
